Game Review X-Men Legends II: Rise Of Apocalypse

X-men Legends II has 5 games on 5 different consoles (PS2, PSP, Xbox, PC CDRom and Gamecube), all versions have same game play and storyline you can control up to 4 members of the X-men or 4 members of the Brotherhood or you can mix and match, you could have a roster like Magneto, Cyclops, Scarlet Witch, Gambit. There is also a feature where you can train in the danger room and get your skills up fast, and throughout the story you pick up danger room discs as well unlocking new lessons in the danger room.

The game starts with a CGI FMV showing a giant door getting ripped off its hinges by Magneto as he floats down into camera view. As Magneto lands softly on the ground, Mystique and Sabertooth appear next to him and enter the building, they then meet three X-Men Cyclops, Storm, and Wolverine. Once the FMV has finished the player will take over 4 characters and rescue Prof. X (Nightcrawler teleports Prof. X to the X-Jet) after that the player controls Magneto, Storm, Cyclops, and Wolverine and you can switch between the 4 (Mystique and Sabertooth just follow and join in the fight as you escape from the military facility. Once you complete this mission you go to a safe zone called Sanctuary from here you can buy equipment, health packs and energy packs from Beast, access the danger room and select the next mission which would be the Dead Zone.

• Challenge The Danger Room And Hone Your Skills And Get Stronger To Face Stronger Bosses.
• Fight Boss Characters From The X-Men Universe.
• Visit Beast And Buy Health Packs, Energy Packs And Equipment With The Currency You Collect As You Play Through The Missions.
  

X-Men Legends II: Rise Of Apocalypse is a great action role play game for those Marvel fans or for those X-Men fans in general. I would Defiantly recommend this game for any Gamers who love Superhero games RPG games or just Marvel games. Watch out for more Game Reviews.
